Fullards Farm General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 2018

Fullards Farm B&B takes the security of your data seriously and will not share your data with any third parties.

Fullards Farm B&B holds personal data but no sensitive personal data. This is in the form of booking forms, registration forms and invoices. Paper copies of booking forms and registration forms are kept for a further twelve months after the end of the calendar in which the booking took place to satisfy any potential inspection requirement. Invoices are securely kept for seven years to satisfy HMRC’s requirements.

Computer records containing personal data in the form of booking confirmations and correspondence and invoices are kept on a password protected computer. Fullards Farm B&B maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect information and financial record keeping complies with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.

Any guest or customer of Fullards Farm B&B may at any time make a written request to view the data we hold on them and have that data removed, in accordance with GDPR regulations, if it is possible in compliance with other overriding regulations.

Fullards Farm B&B hereby notifies our guests and customers that an individual has the right to complain to the Information Commissioners Office (on tel. no.: 0303 123 1113) if that individual considers Fullards Farm B&B is in breach of its obligations under the GDPR.
